• A late fee of 2% will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.
• Late fees will be compounded monthly until the outstanding balance is settled.

5. Service Termination:

• JOAT Property Services reserves the right to terminate services for prolonged non-payment, violation of the terms outlined in the service agreement, or other justifiable reasons.

6. Property Access:

• Clients must provide necessary access to the property for scheduled services. Failure to do so may result in the delay or rescheduling of services.
