In its broadest sense, a snow service contract is an invoice for driveway and/or walkway snow clearing services. It is submitted by JOAT Property Services to you, the client, for services it agrees to render during a set timeframe, for a set location and the set price. In most cases, pricing is based upon a fixed seasonal rate for different size driveways and walkways.

Terms & Conditions of the snow clearing service are incorporated into the contract as an accompanying hard copy or digital document and vary from company to company.

Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions is provided physically by siganture on the snow service contract and is authorized digitally at the point of submitting payment for the snow removal contract online.
